The following are used to operate the
oven:
a Oven display
and Temperature selector - with +
and – buttons
b Function selector
c Clock / timer display
and Clock / timer selector - with +
and – buttons
Function selector
The function selector is used to select
the required cooking function, e. g. Fan
heat D.
The function selector can be turned
clockwise or anti-clockwise.

This button is used to select and where
applicable change oven settings.
a Safety lock
p, U Temperature
e Core temperature
Oven display
The oven display will vary depending
on which symbol the triangle is
underneath
– the oven temperature together with
the p temperature symbol or the U
rapid heat-up symbol
–
the 0-§ key symbol, if the safety lock
has been activated
–
the e symbol if the roast probe is
being used
–
EC for residual heat being used
Clock / timer button
This button is used to select and where
applicable change clock/timer settings.
