Replacing the Flashtube
1. Turn off the power, remove the battery, and wait at least 10
minutes for the ashtube to cool.
2. Remove the glass cover by gently pulling it off of the ash head.
3. Using white cotton gloves or a clean cloth, remove the
retention wire wrapped around the top of the ashtube.
4. Once the wire is unwrapped, grip the base of the ashtube on
each side, and carefully pull it from the retaining sockets.
5. Apply rm, even pressure at the base of the ashtube to gently
push the pins of the new ashtube into the sockets.
6. With gloved ngers, wrap the retention wire over and around
the ashtube.
7. Replace the glass cover.

Warning: Do not touch the ashtube with bare hands — wear
cotton cloth gloves or use a cotton cloth to handle the ashtube.
