Using the Venture TTL 600 in TTL Mode
TTL mode allows you to control your Venture TTL 600 monolights remotely from
up to 328 (100 m) away while maintaining TTL functionality. TTL mode can only
be used when the Venture TTL 600 is paired with the Venture wireless controller.
To set the monolight to TTL mode, follow these steps:
1. Set the personal ID number, channel, and group on the Venture TTL.
2. See the instructions that come with your Venture Wireless Controller to set
the Controller’s personal ID number, channel, and group.
The Venture TTL 600’s personal ID number, channel, and group must be
set manually. Refer to the instructions in this manual for performing those
operations.
Designating the main (master) group is done on the Venture Wireless Controller.
The Venture TTL 600 retains its last TTL settings in its memory. If the monolight is
turned off, it defaults to manual mode when it is turned on again. To reestablish
the TTL settings, press the Enter button on the Venture Wireless Controller.
See the Venture Wireless Controller’s manual for more information.
