How to configure the IE-MiniFiberLinX-II for management on the
copper port
1. Configure the device to be set in the default mode. If unsure of the device's
configuration, perform a
cleandb which will set the device to the default setting.
This resets the IP address (see page 14 for information on the cleandb function).
2.
Make sure that the version of firmware is 722-10b5 or higher.
3.
Telnet into the device.
Press
Enter for device configuration mode.
