1. Select ‘Conﬁgure Manually’ from the Network drop-down list and select the encryption type of

your wireless network from the drop-down list below. Contour 200i Air supports the following

encryption types:

• No Encryption Select this option if your wireless network is not being secured with any

type of encryption.

• WEP Select this option if your wireless network is being secured using the

Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP) method.

• WPA Select this option if your wireless network is being secured using the

Wi-Fi Protected Access (WPA) method.

• WPA2 Select this option if your wireless network is being secured using the

Wi-Fi Protected Access II (WPA2) method.

Note: Please check your wireless router conﬁguration to ﬁnd out the type of encryption that

is being used on your wireless network.

2. Enter the passphrase/key needed to connect to your network in the box below, if one is

required.

3. Click Connect. The Status LED will then ﬂash red to indicate that Contour 200i Air is

resetting. If Contour 200i Air connects to the network successfully, the Status LED will be

solid White after it has ﬁnished rebooting.
