ENGLISH Initial Cleaning Preheating Remove all accessories and removable shelf supports from the appliance. Preheat the empty appliance to burn off the remaining grease. Refer to "Care and cleaning" chapter. Clean the appliance before first use. Put the accessories and the removable shelf supports back to their initial position. Setting the time After the first connection to the mains, all symbols in the display are on for some seconds.

Turn the knob for the temperature to set the temperature. The display shows the set temperature. 3. To deactivate the appliance, turn the knob for the oven functions to the off position. Refer to Safety chapters. 2 1 Notes on cleaning • Clean the front of the appliance with a soft cloth with warm water and a cleaning agent. • To clean metal surfaces, use a usual cleaning agent. • Clean the appliance interior after each use. Fat accumulation or other food remains may result in a fire. The risk is higher for the grill pan. • Clean stubborn dirt with a special oven cleaner. • Clean all accessories after each use and let them dry.
ENGLISH 3. Set the Pyrolysis function. Refer to "Oven functions". 4. When the display shows P1, press to start the procedure. You can use the End function to delay the start of the cleaning procedure. During the Pyrolysis the oven lamp is off. The cleaning procedure takes 2 hours. Do not open the door before the procedure completes. This will abort the procedure. To prevent risk of burns when the oven reaches a certain temperature the door automatically locks.

Turn the two fasteners by 90° and remove them from their seats. 7 1 2 Make sure that you install the middle panel of glass in the seats correctly. First lift carefully and then remove the glass panels one by one. Start from the top panel. Clean the glass panels with water and soap. Dry the glass panels carefully. When the cleaning is completed, install the glass panels and the oven door.
