Operating the Twist-Lock

The MPA70 features 4 twist-lock knobs that divide the monopod into 5 sections. To adjust the height of the monopod, use the

following steps:

Step 1: While looking down at the monopod, grab the desired knob with your hand, and twist the knob clockwise to open it.

Step 2: Adjust the height of the monopod by raising or lowering the open section.

Step 3: Once you have found your desired height, grab the open knob with your hand, and twist the knob counterclockwise

until it is ﬁrmly locked in place.

Repeat steps 1-3 for each additional section.
