There is excessive noise or interference in the audio.
IfyourUNOSynthisconnectedtoyourcomputerviatheUNOSynth’sUSBport,thegroundnoiseand
interferencefromtheUSBmaybeincreased.TheeasiestwaytoavoidthisistoinsteadpowertheUNO
Synthusingastandardwallchargerorwithbatteriesandthenusethe2.5mmtoMIDIDINcablesfortheMIDI
connectiontoyourcomputer.Alternatively,ifyouwanttomaintaintheUSBconnectiontotheUNOSynthitself,
youcanreducetheUSBnoiseandinterferencebyeitherusingaUSBisolatororacustomTRScableintoa
balancedinputonyourpreamporaudiointerfacewherethegroundisnotconnectedbalancedattheinputside.

Where can I find my IK product Serial Number?
TheSerialNumberiswrittenontheRegistrationCard(includedwithyourIKproduct).
IMPORTANT:thenumberzerocaneasilybeidentifiedinyourSerialNumberbecauseitiscrossedbyaline.
Why is the Authorization Manager rejecting my Serial Number?
Probablybecauseofatypo,herearesomecommonerrors:
• Typinga0(“zero”number)insteadofanO(“o”letter).
• Typing1(“one”number)insteadofanI(“i”letter).
• Typing2(“two”number)insteadofaZ(“z”letter).
• Typing5(“five”number)insteadofanS(“s”letter).
• Typing8(“eight”number)insteadofaB(“b”letter).
• Typinga“.”(point)insteadofa“-”(minus).
Suggestions:
• Ifpossible,pleasecopyandpastetheinformation.
• Cutoffalltheleadingandtrailingspaces.
• PleasetypeallcodesinUPPERCASEduringtheinstallationandregistrationprocess.
