TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
Problem Possible cause
Water cooler does not operate Not plugged in
The circuit breaker tripped or blown fuse.
Water cooler is not cold enough Check to be sure the cold switch on the
back is on.
The water cooler does not have the
correct clearance.
Water cooler hot water is not hot enough
Check to be sure the hot switch on the
back is on.
Compressor turns on and off frequently The room temperature is hotter than
normal.
The water cooler does not have the
correct clearance.
Vibration Check to assure that the water cooler is
level
The water cooler seems to make to much
noise
The rating noise may come from flow of
the refrigerant, which is normal.
As each cycles ends, you may hear
gurgling.
Sound cause by the flow of refrigerant in
your water cooler.
Contraction and expansion of inside
walls may cause popping and cracking
noises.
The water cooler is not level.
