iEiwarr antsthisproductagainstdefectsinmaterialsand/orworkmanshipunder
normaluseforaperiodofONE(1)YEARfromthedateofpurchasebytheoriginal
purchaser’sWarrantyPeriod.IfavalidclaimisreceivedwithintheWarrantyPeriod.
iEiwillopttoeither1)repairthedefectatnocharge,or2)replacetheproductwitha
newproductthatisatleastfunctionallyequivalenttotheoriginalproduct.A
replacementproductorpartassumestheremainingwarrantyoftheoriginalproduct.
Whenaproductorpartisex changed,anyreplacementitembecomesyourproperty
andthereplaceditembecomeiEi’sproperty.
ObtainingService:Toobtainwarrantyservice,pleaseemailiEiLimitedWarranty
Service.Includeadescriptionoftheproductthatneedsserviceandthenatureof
problem.Apurchasereceiptisrequired.Allrepairsandreplacementsmustbe
authorizedinadvance.Serviceoptions,partsavailabilityandresponsetimeswillvary.
Youareresponsiblefordeliveryandthecostofdeliveryoftheproductoranyparts
totheauthorizedservicecenterforreplacement,perourinstructions.
LimitsandExclusions:ThisLimitedWarrantyappliesonlytoproductsmanufactured
byiEithatcanbeidentifiedbythe “QualityTechInnovations”trademark,tradename,
orlogoaffixedtothemortheirpackaging.Thiswarrantydoesnotapplyto:a)damage
causedbyfailuretofollowinstructionsrelatingtoproduct’suseortheinstallationof
components;b)damagecausedbyaccident,abuse,misuse,fire,floods,earthquake
orotherexternalcauses;c)damagecausedbyserviceperformedbyanyonewhois
notarepresentativeofiEi;d)accessoriesusedinconjunctionwithacoveredproduct;
e)aproductorpartthathasbeenmodifiedtoalterfunctionalityorcapability;f)items
intendedtobeperiodicallyreplacedbythepurchaserduringthenormallifeofthe
productincluding,withoutlimitation,batteriesorlightbulbs;g)anyproductsold“as
is”including,withoutlimitation,floordemonstrationmodelsandrefurbisheditems;
orh)aproductthatisusedcommerciallyorforacommercialpurpose.

iEiSHALLNO TBELIABLEFORINCIDENTALORCONSEQUENTIALDAMAGESRESULTING
FROMTHEUSEOFTHISPRODUCT,ORARISINGOUTOFANYBREACHOFTHIS
WARRANTY.TOTHEEXTENTPERMITTEDBYAPPLICABLELAW,iEiDISCLAIMSANY
ANDALLSTATUTORYORIMPLIEDWARRANTIES,INCLUDING,WITHOUTLIMITATAION,
WARRANTIESOFMERCHANTABILITY,andFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSEAND
