4.6 PSU Module Replacement
Please read the warnings at the beginning of Section 4.3 before attempting to access any
PPC-51xxA-H61 internal components.
If the PSU module has been damaged it must be replaced. To replace the PSU module,
please follow the steps below.
4.6.1 Remove the Old PSU
Step 1: Remove the back cover (Section 73.5).
Step 2: Detach and remove the elevated platform (Section
84.5).
Step 3: Disconnect all PSU connections including those to the motherboard (

and any disk drives.
