The Typematic Rate option can only be configured if the Typematic Rate Setting is
enabled. Use the Typematic Rate option to specify the rate keys are accelerated.

Typematic Delay (Msec) [250]
The Typematic Rate option can only be configured if the Typematic Rate Setting is
