the original purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a defect arises and
a valid claim is received by eMotion Group Inc. within the
Warranty Period, at its option eMotion will either (1) Have the
defect repaired at no charge or (2) Replace the unit with a unit
that has at least a minimally comparable functionality. A
replacement product, part, or user-installed part done under the
explicit instruction of eMotion shall assume the remaining
Warranty Period of the product.
