This classic American sash lock (catch) by idh by St.
Simons of California is the finest and most durable of its
type in the industry. Made of hot forged genuine Solid
Brass, this sash lock is designed and precision engineered
with a highly durable strip spring and a narrow base catch.
Made for heavy duty applications, you can use these on
most sashes. Its narrow catch allows it to be used on most
double hung wood windows, including those with insulated
glass. You will be impressed by the strength and the
smooth functioning of this piece of high quality hardware
and the fine hand polished finishes. This is the smaller of
the two sizes available.
