The instructions below are for reference only. Depending on application,
install may vary. Always consult a professional.
1. To adjust the tension, adjust the flat head screw on the backside of
the bolt.
2. Determine the bolt mounting location. Also determine which type of
strike will be used.
3. Hold the bolt from the edge of the door when retracted. Place the
bolt on the door with the guides in position and use a pencil to mark
the hole locations.
4. Drill pilot holes in the locations marked in the previous step.
5. Secure the bolt to the door with the provided mounting hardware. If
needed, mortise location for the strike. Mark and drill pilot holes for
the screws. Mount strike with provided hardware
