Calibrating the flow rate
Before performing a calibration,
please ensure that the “Display
Speed” in basic settings is set to
“Flow” (flow rate in ml/min) (see
page 16 and 14). If set to “rpm”
(rotation speed), neither can the
flow rate be entered nor a calibra
-
tion be carried out.
1 Change the mode to
PUMP • Flow rate.
Set the required flow rate with
the

keys
k Check: have you configured
the required stroke volume and
adjusted the revolving flow
control ring accordingly?
(see page 17)
2 Change the mode to DISP•Time
– Enter 60 secs. with the

keys
– Start the pump with the
RUN/STOP key
k The pump stops automati-
cally after 60 secs.
k Measure the dispensed
liquid by volume or weight
Calibrate the ascertained value as
follows:
3 Return to the mode
PUMP • Flow rate
4 Press the CAL/MAX key
(displayed value blinks)
Enter the measured value (ba
-
lance) with the

keys
5 Save with the CAL/MAX key.
The pump displays the value
to be adjusted with the flow
control rings (0.0–450.0 div.)
The text SET/HEAD/TO is repea

ted five times. (Skip repetitions
with CAL/MAX-key).
Calibration du débit
Avant toute calibration, assurez-
vous que le réglage de base «Display
Speed» indique «Flow» (débit en
ml/min) (voir p. 16 et 14). Si l’option
«rpm» (nb de tours en t/min) est
sélectionnée, aucun débit ne pourra
être sélectionné, aucune calibrati

k La pompe s'arrête automa-
tiquement après 60 sec.
k Déterminer la quantité dosée
par volume ou par poids.
Calibrer la valeur obtenue comme

Fließrate kalibrieren
Bevor Sie die gewünschte Fließrate
kalibrieren, überprüfen Sie bitte, ob
in der Grundeinstellung «Display
Speed» die Anzeige auf «Flow»
(Fließrate in ml/min) eingestellt ist
(siehe Seite 16 und 14).
Wenn «rpm» (Drehzahl) einge
-
stellt ist, kann die Fließrate nicht
kalibriert werden.
