2 Text input

2.1 Using Onscreen Keyboard

Onscreen Keyboard settings

Touch from the Home screen, select Settings > Language

& input, and touch Current Keyboard. A series of settings are

available for your selection.

2.2 Android keyboard

Touch to switch

between symbol

and numeric

keyboard.

Touch & hold, then

select to enter symbols.

Long press to

select symbols.

Touch & hold to

show input options.

Touch once to turn on the "Abc" mode and twice to turn on

the "ABC" mode.

2.3 Text editing

You can edit the text you have entered.

• Touch and hold or double-tap within the text you would like to edit.

• Drag the sliders to select more or less text.

• Upon the selection of some text, the following options appear:

selecting all , cutting , copying , and pasting .
