23. The lamp must not be covered and has to be maintained dust-free at all times. Danger
of fire!
24. Do not operate the lamp, or leave it to cool down, behind curtains, in the proximity
thereof or other flammable materials. Danger of fire!
25. It is strongly recommended to keep the minimum distance of 50 cm to
the irradiated surface (also skin).
26. You can use only illuminates of the type PHILIPS infrared light bulb R95E (230V~, 100W).
Light bulbs of other types may damage the device.
This device is suitable only for private use and must not be used for commercial purposes.
OPERATION
1. Mount the device following the Safety Advices carefully.
2. Connect the power plug with a corresponding socket.
3. The red light starts glowing. Infrared light heats up very quickly, pre-heating is not
necessary.
4. Adjust the angle of the lamp keeping the distance of 50 cm to the irradiated surface.
5. Do not use the device for more than 15 minutes at a time!
6. You can use the device repeatedly, however, you should wait a couple of hours
before using the lamp again.
7. After each use the lamp must cool down completely.
8. Surface of the lamp gets very hot during use. In order to adjust the lamp, touch it only on the
rear end of the light head. Burn hazard!
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Before cleaning, disconnect the power plug from the socket and let the device cool down
completely.
2. Clean the lamp only with a dry or slightly damped cloth.
REPLACING THE LIGHT BULB
1. Should the bulb do not work, it needs to be replaced.
2. Before replacing, disconnect the lamp from the mains supply and let the device cool down
completely.
3. Turn the bulb counter clockwise, take it out and dispose of it according to binding
regulations.
4. Insert a new bulb of the same type [PHILIPS infrared light bulb R95E (230V~, 100W)].
5. The lamp can be used again.
