It will be set to 1 (1 dot) when omitted.

It will be set to 1 (Solid) when omitted or when the line width is
set to anything other than 1 (1 dot).
• : Foreground color, : Background color is specified
by the color data. It will be set to 255 (white) when omitted.
For color data, refer to Appendix “1 Color Number
Correspondence Table” on page A-1.
• Specification of : Pattern is as follows.
It will be set to 0 (none) when omitted.
