NOTE:　Safety performance depends on the

system configuration.

When not using some safety inputs

・If there are unused safety inputs in S1to S4, open

between Tn and Xn and connect Xn+1 to Tn+1.(Refer to (1))

(n = 0, 2, 4, 6)

・If there are unused safety inputs in S5 and S6, connect the

unused receieve terminals to corresponding drive terminals.
