on the system configuration.
When not using some inputs
・If there are unused safety inputs in S1 to S4,
connect the unused receive terminals to 24V DC
power supply (V+). (Refer to (1))
・If there are unused safety inputs in S5 and S6,
connect the unused receive terminals to the
corresponding drive terminals. (Refer to (2))
