NOTE: Safety performance depends on the system
configuration.
When not using some safety inputs
・If there are unused safety inputs in S1 and S2,
connect the unused receive terminals to 24V DC
power supply (V+). (Refer to (1))
・If there are unused safety inputs in S3 and S4,
connect the unused receive terminals to the
corresponding drive terminals. (Refer to (2))
