IF A HIGH PRESSURE REGULATOR IS REQUESTED (see photo herebelow), the hose assembly

is supplied with a 3/8' tank fitting (same as 3/8' torch fittiing).

LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS:

Make sure gas valve on torch is closed tightly, to tighten turn clockwise.

Slowly open the valve on propane cylinder.

Slowly open the gas torch control valve (1) about 1/8 turn until you hear gas start to flow. Bring a

flint striker just under the nozzle (2) to ignite. If the torch is provided with piezo ignition device, just

press the piezo ignitor (3) switch near handle. Adjust flame to its minimum with the gas valve.

TORCH USE:

Point torch at item to be heated and pull turbo trigger (4) to intensify the size of the flame. Release

trigger to bring flame back to minimal level.

NOTE: if you have the torch gas valve open too high, when you pull the turbo trigger, the flame will

tend to blow out. Adjust to the right pressure flow by turning the torch gas valve.

To extinguish the flame, close both the torch gas flow valve and the propane cylinder valve.

Open the torch-gas valve briefly to release any residual gas left in the hose. Make certain that

torch is completely cooled before storing. The torch nozzle will be very hot. Do not touch it or rest

it on anything that can be damaged by heat.

MAINTENANCE:

Inspect all components of the device for damage, excessive abrasion or wear prior to each

use. If the hose is cut or is more than 5 years old, it must be replaced prior to operation.

When doing a leak test use soapy water or leak test solution only. Never use flame.

Periodically remove any debris or combustible material from torch. It must be kept clear and free of

combustible materials. The surface of the device should be cleaned with soap and water. Do not

use petroleum based or flammable cleaner on any part of the device.

STORAGE:

When the torch is stored indoors, the connection between the LP gas tank and the device must be

disconnected and the tank removed from the device and stored preferably outdoors.

WARRANTY:

This product is covered by a two-year warranty.

The producer does not assume any reponsability for damages in case of improper use or

tampering of the device.
