To Measure DC Voltage:
1. Plug the black test lead into the COM port and the red test
lead into the VΩHz port.
2. Set the rotary switch to the V position.
3. Push the blue button until DC is shown on the display.
4. Connect the meter in parallel with the load or circuit.
5. Measure DC Voltage.
