To Measure Capacitance:
1. Turn the power off to the cir-
cuit or device that is to be
measured and discharge all capacitors before attempting a
measurement.
2. Plug the Black test lead into the COM port and the Red test
lead into the VΩ port.
3. Set the rotary switch to the µ position.
