To Measure Frequency:
1. Plug the black test lead into the COM port and the red test
lead into the Vport.
2. Set the rotary switch to the Hz %DF position.
3. For duty factor, push the blue button until % is shown on
the main display, and Hz is shown in the upper right sec-
ondary display.
4. Connect the meter in parallel with the load or circuit.
5. Measure frequency or duty factor.
• Duty factor is the percentage of the signal that is high
• The period is displayed in frequency mode
