What is an RJ-11 Modular Plug?
Telephones use patch cords to connect to the
wall outlet.. The cables are terminated with an
RJ-11 Modular Plug. RJ-11 is a 2 pair or 4 wire
connector which supports up to 2 phone lines.
All phone cords are wired where the two ends
of the cable are wired exactly opposite of
each other.
