Wire Termination Limited Warranty Statement
Subject to the terms, conditions and exceptions set forth herein, this Limited Warranty
covers defects in workmanship and materials for all IDEAL® Twist-On Wire Connectors,
Push-In Wire Connectors, Luminaire Disconnects, Grounding Products, Streetlight Kits,
Electrical Terminals, Crimp Connectors, Screw Connectors, Terminal Strips/Blocks, Tap
Connectors, Connector Socket and Set Screw Holders
unless otherwise noted.
Limited twelve (12) month replacement warranty. Warranty limited to repair or
replacement of product. Excludes defects caused by abuse, loss, misuse, neglect,
alterations, accidents, improper storage, or improper installation. IDEAL cannot warrant
the performance of the above-noted products when mated with non-IDEAL brand
connectors. Use of these products with non-IDEAL brand connectors will void
this Limited Warranty.
THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES,
IMPLIED ORSTATUTORY AS TO MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR
PURPOSE SOLD. For warranty service, return product to store or distributor from where
it was purchased or call IDEAL customer service at 1-800-435-0705. Consequential and
incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so this limitation may
not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which vary from state to
state.
