OT2Afterfieldsasrequired.Ifyourcompanydoesnotpaydailyovertime,type99.

beforethey
receiveovertimepayintheWeekOT1AfterandtheWeekOT2Afterfieldsasrequired.Ifyourcompany

Tosetconsecutivedayovertimerules,changetheConsecutiveDayOTdrop‐downmenutoYes.This
optionwillpayOT1
and/orOT2ontheseventhconsecutivedayofwork,regardlessofhoursworked
duringtheworkweek.ThisruleismostcommonlyusedbyunionsandinCalifornia.Ifyourcompanydoes
notpayconsecutivedayovertime,changetheConsecutiveDayOTdrop‐downmenutoNo.

ENHANCEDOVERTIME PREFERENCES
TheadditionalOvertimeoptionscanbefoundunderthePaytabunderPreferencesintheSettingsmenu.
ConsecutiveDayOT1On____Days‐determineswhenConsecutiveDayOvertimeshouldbegintoaccumulate.
Example:IfConsecutiveDayOTOnissetto6days,employeeswillreceiveOvertime1onthe
sixthconsecutive
dayofwork.IftheConsecutiveDayOT1Aftersettingissetto5hours,thefirst5hourworkedonthesixthdayis
consideredstraighttimeandtherestofthehourswillbeOvertime1(OT1).
ConsecutiveDayOT2After‐refertothepreviousexample.
Note:Overtime(OT1)iscalculatedattime‐and‐a‐half(1.5)therateofpayanddoubleovertime(OT2)is
calculatedattwotimestherateofpay(2.0).
Note:Makingachangetotheovertimeoptionspromptsthetimeclocktorestart.Doingsowillmakethe
timeclockunavailableuntiltheclockfullyreboots.
