Anwendung
Bei sachgemäßem Einbau eignet sich dieser
Temperaturregler mit integriertem Ein- /Aus-
schalter für Friteusen, Mini-Ofen, Babykost-
wärmer, Wasserkocher und bei nicht fest
installierten Elektrogeräten, wo eine Fläche
oder Umgebungstemperatur geregelt werden
soll und ein einpoliger Ein-/Ausschalter benö-
tigt wird.
Aufbau und Wirkungsweise
Bei Erreichen der eingestellten Temperatur
öffnet der Sprungkontakt momentartig und
schließt nach Abfall der Temperatur um die
Schalttemperatur-Differenz selbsttätig. Der in-
tegrierte Ein-/Ausschalter öffnet den Kontakt
> 3 mm bei Linksdrehung der Einstellspindel
in die Raststellung.
Vorteile
Der Bimetall-Kleinregler mit integriertem Ein-/
Ausschalter ist in verschiedenen Ausfüh-
rungen lieferbar und kann weitgehend dem
Kundenwunsch angepasst werden. Rationelle
Montage, da kein zusätzlicher Aufwand für die
Montage eines einploigen Ein-/Ausschalters
notwendig ist.
Anschlüsse
Flachstecker 6,3 mm und 4,8 mm. Schraub-
anschlüsse und Rollanschlüsse sind möglich.
Befestigung
Einlochbefestigung mit Ø 4,3 mm, wahlweise
auch mit Befestigungsbügel 2 x M3 (M4),
Abstand 26 mm oder 28 mm.
Application
Properly installed, this thermostat with inte-
grated On/Off switch is suitable for controlling
the temperature of deep fat fryers, mini ovens,
baby bottle warmers, water heaters and in
electrical appliances that are not built-in, to
control surfaces or ambient temperature with
a single-pole On/Off switch.
Structure and Function
The contact opens instantaneously as soon
as the preset temperature is reached and
closes automatically when the temperature
has dropped by the differential. The integrated
On/Off switch opens the contact > 3 mm after
counter-clockwise rotation of the adjusting
spindle into the indexed position.
Advantages
The thermostat with integrated On/Off switch
can be supplied in various designs and can be
widely adapted to the customer’s requirement.
Rationalized mounting as the single-pole
On/Off switch does not have to be mounted
separately.
Terminals
Push-on terminals 6.3 mm and 4.8 mm, screw
terminals and crimp terminals are possible.
Mounting
One hole fixing with Ø 4.3 mm, or optional
with a fixing bracket 2 x M3 (M4), distance
26 mm or 28 mm.
Application
Monté correctement, ce thermostat à inter-
rupteur M/A intégré est indiqué pour contrôler
la température de friteuses, de mini-fours, de
chauffe-biberons, de bouilloires ou appareils
électroménager mobiles dans lesquels il s’agit
de réguler la température d’une surface ou de
l’air ambient et pour lesquels un interrupteur
M/A unipolaire est nécessaire.
Construction et fonctionnement
Lorsque la température réglée est atteinte, la
rupture brusque s’ouvre instantanément et se
ferme automatiquement après que la tempé-
rature a diminué de la différence de tempéra-
ture de commutation. L’interrupteur marche/
arrêt intégré ouvre le contact > 3 mm après la
rotation de la broche de réglage en position
d’index en sens antihoraire.
Avantages
Le thermostat à interrupteur et à marche/arrêt
intégré est disponible en divers modèles et
peut être largement adapté aux attentes du
client. Montage optimisé car il n’y a pas de
main d’oeuvre additionnelle pour monter un
interrupteur M/A unipolaire.
Connexions
Fiche plate 6,3 mm et 4,8 mm. Des raccords
filetés et à roulement sont possibles.
Fixation
Montage à un trou avec Ø 4,3 mm, au choix
également avec bride de fixation 2 x M3 (M4),
distance 26 mm ou 28 mm.
