Network adapters
An Ethernet adapter must be installed in slot 1 to provide network connectivity between the server and the
chassis midplane and ultimately to the network switches.
The following table lists the supported network adapters and upgrades and the slots they are each
supported in. Compatible switches must be installed in the corresponding bays of the chassis.
Note: The following adapters with two ASICs are not supported in slots 3 and 4:
