2. Make sure power cord is plugged in to a
functioning power source.
3. Isolate by removing one power supply at a time.

problem
1. Make sure memory cassette is seated in
microprocessor tray assembly and that
microprocessor tray assembly is connected
to power backplane.
2. Isolate by removing one power supply at a time.
3. View service processor error logs through serial
connection of remote supervisor adapter.
On On Off Off Standby power
problem
1. View service processor error logs through
serial connection of remote supervisor
adapter.
2. If no 3.3vsby, replace power backplane.
3. If no 5vco, isolate by removing one power supply
at a time.
On On Off Blinking System power-on
problem
1. View service processor error logs through
serial connection of remote supervisor
adapter.
2. Press power button on operator information
panel.
3. Use force power-on jumper as debug aid (see
“Microprocessor board connectors, jumpers and
LEDs” on page 68) to eliminate operator
information panel switch and cable.
4. Remove service processor and attempt to turn on
the server.
