v ’57’=Drive Has Been Cleaned
The Exception Message may be one of eight values:
v ’1’=Effect of Failure is Unknown
v ’2’=Device Exception No Performance Impact
v ’3’=Exception on SCSI Interface xx
v ’4’=Device Exception on Operator Panel
v ’5’=Device Exception on Tape Path
v ’6’=Device Exception in Drive
v ’7’=Cleaning Required
