User Options dialog box, Notifications tab
Show stream execution feedback dialog. Select to display a dialog box that includes a progress
indicator when a stream has been running for three sec onds. The dialog box also include s details
of the output objects create d by the stre am.
 Close dialog upon completion. By default, the dialog box closes when the stream finishes
running. Clear this check box if you want the dialog box to r emain visible when the str eam
finishes.
Warn when a node overwrites a file. Select to warn with an erro r message when node operatio ns
overwr ite an existing file.
Warn when a node overwrites a database table. Select to warn with an error message when node
operations ove r write an existin g database table.
Sound Notifications
Use the list to specify whether sounds notify you when an event or e r r or occurs. There are a
number of sounds available. Use the Play (loudspeaker) bu tton to play a se lected sound. Use the
ellipsis button (...) to browse for and select a sou nd.
Note: The .wav files used to create sounds in SPSS Modeler are stored in the /media/sounds
directory of your installation.
 Mute all sounds. Select to turn off s ound notification for all events.
