If the stream already had a scoring bra nch defined, the newly-designated branch replaces it as the
scoring branch. You c an set the color of the scoring b r anch indi cation by means of a Custom Color
option. Fo r more informatio n, see the topic Setting Display Opt ions in Chapter 12 on p. 220.
You can
show or h ide the scoring branch indicatio n by means of the Show/hide stream markup
toolbar button.

Identifying the Scoring Branch for Deployment
You can designat e the scoring branch either from the pop-up menu of a terminal node, or from the
Tools menu . If you use the pop-up menu, the scoring node is se t automat ically in the Deployment
tab of the stream propert ies.
To designate a branch as the scoring branch (pop-up menu)
E Connect the model nugget to a terminal node ( a proces sing or output node downstre am fr om
the nugget).
E Right-click the terminal node.
E On the menu, click Use as Scoring Branch.
