Object access rights
Users And Groups. Lists the repository users and groups that have at least Rea d access to this
object. Select the Write and Delete check boxes to add those access rights for this object to a
particular user or g r oup. Click the Add Users/Groups icon on the right side of the Permissions
tab to assign access to additional users and groups. Th e list of available users and groups is
controlled by the administrator.
Managing Object Version Labels
The Edit Version Labels dialog box e nables you to:
 Apply lab els to the selected objec t
 Remove labels from the selected object
 Defin e a new label and apply it to the object
To apply labels to the object
E Select one or more labels in the Available Labels list.
E Click the right-arrow button to move the selected labels to the Applied Labels li st.
E Click OK.
To remove labels from the object
E Select one or more labels in the Applied Labels list.
E Click the le f t-arrow button to move the selected lab els to the Available Labels list.
E Click OK.
