IBM SPSS Modeler Documentation
Documentation in onli ne help format is available from the Help menu of S PSS Modeler. This
includes documentation for SPSS Modeler, SPSS Mo deler S erver, and SPSS Modeler Solution
Publisher, as well as the Applications Guide and other supporting materials.
Complete documentation for each product (includin g in stallation instructions) is available in PDF
format under the \Documentation folder on each product DVD. Installatio n document s can also be

SPSS Modeler Professional Documentation
The SPSS Modeler Professional documentation suite (exclu ding installation instructions) is
as follows.
IBM SPSS Modeler User’s Guide. General introduction to using SPSS Modeler, including how
to build data streams, handle missing values, build CLEM expre ssions, work with projects and
reports, and package streams for deployment to IBM SPSS Collaboration and Deployment
Services, Predictive Applications, or IBM SPSS Modele r Advantage.
IBM SPSS Modeler Source, Process, and Output Nodes. Desc r iptions of all the nodes used to
read, process, and output data in different formats. Effectively this means all no des other
than modeling nodes.
IBM SPSS Modeler Modeling Nodes. Descriptions of all the nodes used to create data mining
models . IBM® SPSS® Modeler o ffers a variety of modeling me thods ta ken from machine
learning, artificial intellige nce, and statist ics.
