The Comprehensive ERS service helps a client prepare for, manage, and respond to a Computer Security Incident.
* NOTE: This service includes Incident Analysis, Computer Forensics and/or Basic Evidence Acquisition.
A separate service order form may be required in relation to the number of digital items to be forensically acquired.
The following are included in this service:
* On-site kick-off and service preparation. (1 day, 1 person)
* Four (4) Incident Preparedness Assistance Sessions per year (1 day, 1 person)
* Sixteen (16) hours per month of Business Hours Telephone Support
* Four (4) Emergency Incident Declarations per year (Each additional is $2,000)
* Eighty (80) Staff Hours per year (On-site or Remote)
* Advisory Review Service with assigned Account Manager
* X-Force Threat Analysis Service (2) Seat (Additional purchased at $1000/seat)
* Discounted Staff Hourly rate of $250.00 per hour after the initial 80
Scope:
