This option provides the ability for an organization to customize the security awareness program to reflect COMPANYNAME-specific policies and procedures
not covered by the standard 27 topics in the base program.
Consulting engagement to identify the incorporation of up to two (2) existing corporate level specific security awareness procedures into the courseware. These
procedures must already exist within the organization in a written form.
Up to five (5) new questions for inclusion in the review section for each of the two added procedures
Text changes to the existing content. ISS will provide guidelines on text changes
Draft reviews of the additions and text changes. The customer will review the first pass of additions and text changes and make comments. The customer will
then review a second and final time for sign off

ISS provides the client with specialized technical assistance and advice in analyzing a post-mortem Incident. Assistance and advice will be provided in the
following phases:
• Analysis: Analysis of Incident data to determine the source of the Incident, its cause (program error, human error, or deliberate action), and its effects;
• Reporting: Detailing the who, what, when, where, why, and how (From the evidence available).
• Recommendations: On how to prevent such incidents in the future.
• Prevention: making sure that your computer systems and computer networks are protected from future occurrences of the Incident
* NOTE: This service includes Incident Analysis, Computer Forensics and/or Basic Evidence Acquisition. A separate service order form may be required in
relation to the number of digital items to be forensically acquired.

The Basic ERS service helps a client prepare for, manage, and respond to a Computer Security Incident.
* NOTE: This service includes Incident Analysis, Computer Forensics and/or Basic Evidence Acquisition. A separate service order form may be required in
relation to the number of digital items to be forensically acquired.
The following are included in this service:
* Teleconference kick-off and service preparation.
* One (1) Incident Preparedness Assistance Sessions per year (1 day, 1 person)
* Eight (8) hours per month of Business Hours Telephone Support
* Two (2) Emergency Incident Declarations per year (Each additional is $2,000)
* Forty (40) Staff Hours per year (On-site or Remote)
* Advisory Review Service with assigned Account Manager
* X-Force Threat Analysis Service (1) Seat (Additional purchased at $1000/seat)
* Discounted Staff Hourly rate of $250.00 per hour after the initial 40
