This SKU is to be used as an add-on to a corresponding service SKU. It provides for management of a secondary device in a high availability pair. This SKU
cannot be used for stand-alone device management/monitoring of any kind.
SKU is for the service only. Platform, licensing, and maintenance are sold separately. Customer is required to maintain current maintenance/support for all
platforms under management for the duration of the MSS contract.

Packages include the MPS Service, all applicable setup fees, cost of the hardware, maintenance, and all content subscriptions with the exception of Antivirus
(Proventia M only) for the duration of the MPS contract (currently available for 2 and 3 year subscriptions only)
Proventia M customers who require an AV subscription for usage with the service must purchase this seperately using the standard ordering codes for the
proper Proventia M platform. This limitation is in effect due to software royalties relating to the AV module.
Ownership of the hardware platform (asset) is transferred to the customer on day 1 of the contract.
