cleansing and scrubbing needs to be owned by the customer.

The standard phases of a Maximo Essentials implementation project are:

Key Activities:

򐂰 Demo the vanilla product
򐂰 Understand and document the end goal and vision of the customer
򐂰 Document ‘To-Be’ business processes for each of the functions mentioned
above

򐂰 Analyze the current data sources
򐂰 Creation of a SRS (Software Requirements Specification) document
Phase 2: Solution Design
