Note: The repo
sitory server must also have the IBM SPSS Modeler Advantage software installed.
E In the Repository: Store dialog b ox, choose the folder where yo u want to store the obje ct, specify
any other information you want to record, an d click the Store button. For more inf ormati on, see

Doing so launches IBM SPSS Modeler Advantage with the stream already open . The stream
is closed in SPSS Modeler.
Importing and Exporting Models as PMML
PMML, or predictive model markup language, is an XML format for describing data mining
and statistical models, includ ing inputs to the models, tra nsformations used to prepare data for
data mining, and t he paramete r s that define the models th emselves. IBM® SPSS® Modeler can
import and export PMML, making it possible to share models with other applications that sup port
this format, suc h as IBM® SPSS® Statistics.

To Export a Model
PMML export is supporte d for m ost of the model types g enerated in SPSS Mod eler. For more
informa tion, see the topic Model Types Supporting PMML on p. 198.
E Right-click a model nugget on the models palette. (Altern atively, double-click a model nugget on
the canvas and select the File menu.)
E On the menu, click Export PMML.
