AbatterypackFRUshouldnotbereplacedunlessthisdiagnosticshowsthatthebatteryisdefective.
Theonlyexceptiontothisisifthebatterypackisphysicallydamagedoracustomerisreportingapossible
safetyissue.
IfThinkVantageToolboxisnotinstalledinthecomputer,thecustomershoulddownloadthisprogram
beforeanon-physicallydamagedbatterypackisreplaced.Notethataphysicallydamagedbatterypack
