for standalone usage or purchased the increased functionality which comes from the Server Plus Pacs sold by System x.
The service provides remote assistance with questions pertaining to the installation / setup and configuration of the IBM Director and
Server Plus Pac products. With unlimited calls your clients can call as often as needed and received quick and efficient responses.
