IM013 - IBM Implementation Services - ServicePac for disk systems - basic (DS3000)
Install and implement one (1) disk system controller and up to three (3) storage units.
Install Storage Manager on one (1) server.
Install IBM host agent software on up to two (2) hosts.
Test and verify the operation of the System Storage disk system.
Provide up to two (2) of your designated personnel with two (2) hours of basic skills instruction.
Number of hours of Service: 16 hours
IM014 - IBM Implementation Services - ServicePac for disk systems - basic (DS4000)
Install and implement one (1) disk system controller (any DS4000 systems except DS4800) and up to three (3) storage units.
Install Storage Manager on one (1) server.
Install IBM host agent software on up to three (3) hosts.
Test and verify the operation of the System Storage disk system.
Provide up to two (2) of your designated personnel with two (2) hours of basic skills instruction.
Number of hours of Service: 16 hours
IM001- IBM Implementation Services - ServicePac for disk systems - standard (DS4000)
Implement one (1) disk system controller and up to six (6) storage units.
Install Storage Manager on one (1) server.
Install IBM host agent software on up to five (5) hosts.
Test and verify the operation of the System Storage disk system.
Provide up to two of your designated personnel with two (2) hours of basic skills instruction.
Number of hours of Service: 24 hours
IM015 - IBM Implementation Services - ServicePac for disk systems (DS4800)
Install and implement one (1) disk system controller model DS4800, and up to ten (10) expansion enclosures.
Install Storage Manager on one (1) server
Assist with the installation of the IBM host agent software on up to five (5) hosts.
Test and verify the operation of the System Storage disk system.
Provide up to two (2) of your designated personnel with two (2) hours of basic skills instruction. Document the installation.
Number of hours of Service: 32 hours
