Storwize V3700 expansion enclosure base configurations and options
Base system models consist of the following items:
• Storwize V3700 LFF Expansion Enclosure (Model 12E, SEO / part number
2072LEU):
– 2U, 19-inch rack mount enclosure
– Two expansion canisters
– Two 6Gb SAS ports for attachment to a Storwize V3700 control enclosure or to
another Storwize V3700 expansion enclosure
– Twelve slots for 3.5-inch SAS drives
– Two ac power supplies and cooling units
– Two 2.8-meter rack power distribution (PDU) line cords (C13 to C14)
• Storwize V3700 SFF Expansion Enclosure (Model 24E, SEO / part number
2072SEU):
– 2U, 19-inch rack mount enclosure
– Two expansion canisters
– Two 6Gb SAS ports for attachment to a Storwize V3700 control enclosure or to
another Storwize V3700 expansion enclosure
