Storwize V3700 control enclosure base configurations and options
Base system models consist of the following items:
• Storwize V3700 LFF Dual Control Enclosure (Model 12C, SEO / part number
2072L2C):
– 2U, 19-inch rack mount enclosure
– Two node canisters with 8 GB cache (4 GB per node canister)
– Four Ethernet ports for use as 1Gb iSCSI host interface ports and for system
management (two port per node canister)
– Two 6Gb SAS ports for attachment of a Storwize V3700 expansion enclosure
(one port per node canister)
– Twelve slots for 3.5-inch SAS drives
– Two ac power supplies and cooling units
– Two 2.8-meter rack power distribution (PDU) line cords (C13 to C14)
• Storwize V3700 SFF Dual Control Enclosure (Model 24C, SEO / part number
2072S2C):
– 2U, 19-inch rack mount enclosure
– Two node canisters with 8 GB cache (4 GB per node canister)
– Four Ethernet ports for use as 1Gb iSCSI host interface ports and for system
management (two port per node canister)
– Two 6Gb SAS ports for attachment of a Storwize V3700 expansion enclosure
