Warranty
The IBM eXFlash DDR3 Storage DIMMs carry a 1-year, customer-replaceable unit (CRU) limited
warranty. When they are installed in a supported IBM server, these modules assume your system’s base
warranty and any IBM ServicePac® upgrade.
