[Function] Assigns the acceleration data in Operand 1 for the acceleration speed of the position data. As with the PVEL
command, you can assign a value using the variable but there is no function that checks the value range when
executing this command so please be careful not to assign a value that exceeds the actuator's limits.
[Example] PACC 0.3 3
Assign a value of 0.3 to the acceleration speed data for position number 3.
