4. How to Install
Warning
4.1 Structure of Mounting Wall
The movement range of the wall-mounting type covers up to the rear of the base. However, due to its special
installation specification (mounting on a wall), the range of movement may be limited significantly depending on
the structure of the wall on which the robot is mounted.
x The structure of the mounting wall must be such that contact between the robot and the wall will be
minimized within the range of movement.
x If the structure specified above cannot be provided, be sure to reduce the range of movement using soft
limits to prevent the robot from contacting the wall within the specified range.
Arm length 350
z Since the wall-mounting specification is installed on a wall, damage to the wall-mounting part will cause the
robot to drop and create danger. The mounting part must have sufficient strength and rigidity.
z The structure of the mounting wall must be such that contact between the robot and the wall will be
minimized within the robot's range of operation.
z If the structure specified above cannot be provided, be sure to reduce the range of movement using soft
limits to prevent the robot from contacting the wall within the specified range.
